This video shows how to start CellNetAnalyzer, to load a project, to use the network composer, and to perform metabolic flux analysis and flux variability analysis.

## Tutorial 2: Flux optimization (flux balance analysis)

This video demonstrates how optimal flux distributions can be calculated in CNA (flux balance analysis).

## Tutorial 3: Elementary modes and minimal cut sets

In this video we compute elementary modes, select subsets of modes that satisfy specific conditions, and learn how to calculate important features of elementary modes (yield distribution, 2D-yield-space plot and others) and how to compute minimal cut sets associated with a given set of elementary modes.
