CellNetAnalyzer - General Information
CellNetAnalyzer (and its predecessor FluxAnalyzer) has been developed by Steffen Klamt, Axel von Kamp and several other contributors at the Max Planck Institute for Dynamics of Complex Technical Systems in Magdeburg.
Current version is 2023.1
The requirements for using CellNetAnalyzer are:
- MATLAB version 2014 or higher
- Some optimization functions require LP or MILP solvers. CNA supports optimization functions of MATLAB (linprog and intlinprog), GLPK, CPLEX and GUROBI.
- You have to agree with the CellNetAnalyzer license.
An English manual is available and can be found here.
An English Tutorial (for Metabolic Network Analysis with CellNetAnalyzer) can be found here.
